Description
As I painted Electric Green in the Sky 2, I had time to enjoy my vision of our Minnesota northern lights night scene - with unimaginable color zinging thru the sky! Where the ion flames of color can venture way out, flickering, moving this way and that, and be intense or faint. And green colors can leap out of the darkness, but warm colors in the shades of magenta are also possible.
I imagined the reflective sky brightness of the aurora borealis peeking through a grove of pine trees on an island and surrounded by more reflections of color in the water and waves.
