Description
I stopped by an small country farm is located by Lanesboro in S.E. Minnesota to enjoy the view and paint, en plaine aire, from under a huge tree along the country road. It was so beautiful! Sunshine and clouds filled the sky. Cows were peacefully grazing in the field. This family farm in hilly country is still being farmed with equipment still in use even after several generations of family use.

I was on a paint-out in Southeastern MN where we were trying out in plaine aire and painting alone. Then I found this lovely tree and it's shade to enjoy while I looked over the landscape and the farm with cattle. I had a great afternoon!
