Description
I have been exploring figurative landscapes. I was attracted to the Pazazz of this beautiful lady, a table mate of mine at a reception and she was so cute. Her sparkling eyes and busy fingers suggested she had a secret to share. I love the abstract background and repetition of colors throughout the painting in this interior scene. I find that compositions with a path of light really attract me and I work very hard to preserve the edges that define the light.
I've got a Secret was just accepted into the Juried National RRWS Watermedia Exhibition for a 2015 summer show in Fargo/Moorhead
